Your credit from course B will remain on your account, and will remain valid until it's expiration date according to our terms and conditions of attendance, but we cannot refund you the amount of your credit "as if" you had applied it toward your registration fee for course A. Our cancelation and transfer policies are some of the most lenient in the industry, and it takes significant registrant service resources to keep all of our cancelations and credits organized across the thousands of registrations we process each year. Offering refunds in this manner would negatively impact the quality and value of service we are presently able to provide.
