Requirements:

Active NJ PT license (or other active PT license and willing to obtain NJ licensure)
1+ year of pelvic floor experience preferred
Ability to work independently, including patient care and related administrative tasks

Compensation & Benefits:

Full-time salary: $90–110K
3 weeks PTO
401K enrollment with up to 3% match after 1 year of employment
CEU credits and opportunities to host, teach, and participate with the team

Schedule & Structure:

Salaried at 36 hours (FTE); 32 hours of patient care per week maximum
Flexible hours
No evenings past 7pm
No weekend hours required

Mentorship & Development:

Hands-on mentorship for the first 3–6 months, and beyond if desired
Ongoing clinical development opportunities within the team Active NJ PT license (or other active PT license and willing to obtain NJ licensure)
1+ year of pelvic floor experience preferred
Ability to work independently, including patient care and related administrative tasks
