Role Overview: We are seeking an exceptional Physical Therapist to serve as Clinical Director for our West Los Angeles location, supporting new and expecting moms. The Clinical Director will have the opportunity to manage and direct the pelvic and women’s health PT program within Bebé PT.
Responsibilities include: • Clinical supervision and mentorship of physical therapists and aides • Hiring, onboarding and training of incoming PTs • Maintaining patient caseload • Establishing clinical and operational KPIs to maintain high quality of care and outcomes • Operational administration and productivity improvements to improve client service (e.g., scheduling and patient flow, improving completion of recommended care) • Support for external marketing efforts with physicians, the maternity community, and the broader public • Bebé offers competitive benefits, including healthcare, 401k, continuing education stipend, and onsite training and mentorship.
Ideal candidate will have: • 8+ years PT experience, with at least 2 years in clinical leadership role desired • Specialized training in women’s health from APTA or Herman and Wallace • Women’s Health Clinical Specialist preferred • Commitment to lifelong learning for self and others, with experience in PT training • Demonstrated innovation in prior roles, including adding new programs, services, and technologies • Passion for women’s health education and advocacy • Strong commitment to excellence and values-based leadership • Business owner mindset • self-starter, responsible, accountable and more
