Synergy Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is seeking 2 full time Physical Therapists with a clinical interest in Pelvic Rehab/Women's Health to join our team. An interest in Men's Health is a plus but not required. This is an excellent career opportunity for a physical therapist to join our established Women's and Men's Health program with opportunities for mentorship and program development alongside experienced Pelvic Rehab PTs. Our perfect candidate for the staff PT position will have at least one year of clinical experience treating Women's Health and Pelvic Rehab cases and completion of Pelvic Floor Level 1 & 2 training thru the APTA Women’s Health Section or Herman & Wallace. Prior outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine experience and proficiency highly desired. Those who have completed a Level 1 Pelvic Rehab course and have had clinical experience welcome to apply. Will also consider new grads who have completed a clinical internship in Pelvic Rehab/Women's and Men's Health or who are strongly committed to pursuing this clinical specialty and are willing to attend live courses immediately upon hire. Men's health training or experience not required but an interest in additional training and working in that specialty is a plus. We will also consider orthopedic clinicians who are interested in transitioning into the specialty of Pelvic Rehab/Women's Health and committed to taking the appropriate training courses prior to hire or immediately upon hire. Experience or interest in treating pregnancy related MSK dysfunction (pelvic girdle, lumbar, hip) highly desired. Candidates interested in a Program Manager/Leadership role must have 1+ year of experience (preferably more) treating a caseload of at least 50 % Women's and Men's Health/Pelvic Rehab caseload. Experience with clinical leadership demands, mentorship/training of more junior staff, marketing to referral sources and the community, and program development/management desired. WCS and/or PRPC or eligible a plus. Our Women's and Men's Health patient demographics are primarily younger, active patients in the 18-45 year old age range but we also work with an active senior population. Caseload consists of but is not limited to pre and post partum diagnoses, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, hip labrum pathology, SIJ dysfunction, colorectal conditions/chronic constipation, pain after hernia repair, pelvic organ prolapse, and diastasis recti management. We have a large patient caseload of male and female active duty military personnel with pelvic floor and abdominal diagnoses.

We allocate 60' appointments for our new patient evaluations and regular treatments for specialty pelvic rehab cases are scheduled in 45 minute blocks. Orthopedic diagnoses are scheduled in 30-45' appointment blocks depending on the needs of the patient. We utilize rehab technicians and Certified Athletic Trainers as support staff and they are well trained and eager to assist you. The patient volume is very comfortable and you should enjoy providing one-on-one patient centered care.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $67,000.00 to $80,000.00/yr year depending on experience level, advanced certification and CEU courses completed. CEU reimbursement/sign on bonus negotiable based on start date and prior course attendance.
