Job Description Seeking a 20-30 hour/week pelvic health PT. Amanda Miller, PT, DPT, WCS started Progress Physical Therapy – Midlothian in 2018 to provide specialized, individualized, and evidence-based physical therapy services to individuals of all ages and genders with abdominal and pelvic health needs. Amanda has specialized in abdominal and pelvic health for over a decade, and believes that education never ends! She continues to learn and teach in the field, and surrounds herself with those with a similar passion, including PTs, PTAs, and massage therapists. At PPT –Midlothian we strive to provide compassionate, one-one-one care to each of our patients in a safe, warm and happy environment. What We Offer Continuing education is vital to maintaining relevant in our field. At PPT – Midlothian, we have monthly staff meetings and regular in-house journal clubs. We regularly have doctoral students participating in clinical rotations and providing inservices. Amanda offers one-on-one mentoring to full and part-time clinicians, including 1 hour weekly of clinical time, and case discussions twice a week. We offer monthly patient newsletters, and quarterly evidence-based physician newsletters to our community. Our Clinic Progress PT – Midlothian is a small private practice, so we operate as a family and feel that happiness at work is an important key to success for our patients and our staff! However, we are part of a small network of PT practices in the area so we have the business and administrative support important to maintaining a private practice in our current health care climate.
