The Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation Center is hiring in the San Francisco Bay Area! Do you want to become a leader in the field of pelvic floor physical therapy? Do you enjoy working with patients with pelvic floor dysfunction but are having a hard time finding mentorship? Do you want a collaborative supportive work environment vs being ‘alone on an island’? If so, PHRC is the place for you.
PHRC is a PT-owned and operated multi-city clinic. We have been in business since 2006 and now have 9 locations in 3 states. We take pride in the work we do for our patients and for the field of pelvic floor physical therapy.
We know from experience that committed professionals, whether they are new graduates or veterans, add value to our company. As a team, we work together to continuously learn and improve our own skills. As a company, we have a diverse range of skills and experience, allowing us to create and provide a unique paid training program. We individualize each training program to meet the needs of our new team member. Our structured training program consists of weekly clinical and didactic goals. Our entire staff works together to get our new team member prepared for a successful clinical experience at PHRC.
The field of pelvic health is constantly evolving and we are constantly learning. For this reason structured mentoring continues when the training program ends. We offer paid weekly one-on one-mentoring and collaborative staff meetings, and quarterly and yearly in-house educational inservices. In addition to our in-house mentoring we offer generous continuing education benefits plus the days off required for courses to be used as each therapist chooses. Additional resources are available for registration costs to local conferences and courses.
The PHRC company culture is often described as organized, professional, and cheerful. Our team members work hard to support our patients and each other. While the nature of our work is serious, laughter is often heard in our offices. Our company is set up to have a hands-on approach with our patients, to support a healthy work/life balance of our employees, and to do both in a positive atmosphere. Our clinical schedules are designed with appropriate note and break time to support this type of work environment.
