Healing Motion Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time or full-time Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our team. Healing Motion was established in 2005. It is an outpatient private practice that is locally owned and operated, serving the communities of Philomath and Corvallis. Healing Motion boasts 45-minute one-on-one appointments with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We prioritize continuity of care, scheduling patients with the same therapist throughout their episode of care. We are manual therapy focused and expect our team to efficiently deliver measurable results our patients can see and feel.
Our mission is to serve our community, moving them to excel in health, wellness, and life. Our values are based off 1 Peter 4:10 – “As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.”
1. Love - serve and steward; surprise and delight; wash other people’s feet
2. Growth - personal excellence: Mind – intellectual and emotional (knowledge, understanding, self-worth) Body – physical and financial (health) Soul – spiritual and social (relationships characterized by love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control)
3. Grace - we were first loved; we should not cast the first stone Our values cannot be over-emphasized. It is through this filter that we make decisions and evaluate the performance of our team members. Our therapists and support staff are expected to exemplify these values personally, in the way they interact with patients, and in the way they treat one another. This is what sets us apart from all the other clinics you might be looking at.
