Ashley is a board certified pelvic rehabilitation practitioner (PRPC). She specializes in pelvic health diagnoses for both women and men, including incontinence, pre/post-natal conditions, chronic pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse and bowel dysfunction. Additionally, Ashley enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, and is certified in dry needling. She was a D1 track and field athlete at the University of North Dakota for 4 years, and loves working with an active population of patients, from high school athletes to weekend warriors. She graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017 from the University of North Dakota, and moved down to Arizona for three years where she worked in an outpatient private practice clinic. She moved back up north to Minnesota in 2020 to be closer to family. In her free time, Ashley loves to spend time with her wife and family, paddle boarding, skiing and just being outdoors.
