Ramona is a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner, completing her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 1999, and has practiced Physical Therapy for 25+ years. As a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner, she treats pelvic floor conditions and disorders as well as general orthopedics. Her approach to women’s health includes the use of biofeedback and comprehensive exercises that progress beyond the traditional Kegels for advanced pelvic floor awareness and core stabilization.
