Ashley Stump attended the University of Central Oklahoma where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. From there, she graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Missouri State University. After graduation, she moved to Pennsylvania where she currently specializes in Pelvic Health.

She is a member of the Global Pelvic Health Alliance as well as the Integrative Women's Health Institute, where she has completed the Health Coaching Program. She has obtained her Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification from Core Exercise Solutions as well as her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification from Herman & Wallace. She is experienced in treating pelvic pain conditions, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence, and prenatal and postpartum conditions. She has organized and presented at community events to teach others about the importance of the pelvic floor and to normalize conversations that may seem "taboo" in this world. It is her passion to help and empower others to live a pain-free and fulfilling life
