Zoe Conover is a pelvic health physical therapist who is passionate about helping men and women feel their best and return to the activities they enjoy. Her approach blends skilled manual therapy with individualized exercise programming, always meeting patients exactly where they are and guiding them with kindness, empathy, and support toward their goals.
Zoe earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Winthrop University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Rutgers University. She holds additional certifications including Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Girls Gone Strong Pre/Postnatal Coaching Certification, and the Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) course.
Her services include manual therapy, cupping, dry needling, biofeedback, strength training, mobility and stretching, and customized home exercise programs. Zoe has extensive experience treating prenatal and birth preparation, postpartum recovery, pre- and post-prostatectomy rehabilitation, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, constipation, diastasis recti, pelvic pain, and dyspareunia. Zoe is passionate about educating, empowering, and partnering with her patients throughout their care.
Outside of work, Zoe enjoys staying active - playing soccer, lifting, running, and spending time outdoors. She also loves reading and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.
