Lauren graduated from Widener University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022. She received her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) in 2025. In addition to pelvic health, she has clinical experience in sports rehabilitation, including the opportunity to train with physical therapists for the Philadelphia Phillies.
Lauren’s passion for the pelvic health specialty began with her own personal experience after being diagnosed with celiac disease and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in 2013. She has since become dedicated to helping patients with menstrual cycle irregularities by supporting and promoting a hormone-healthy lifestyle
Lauren has worked for Core 3 Physical Therapy in Southeastern PA since 2023, utilizing a unique spinal approach to pelvic health with training in the McKenzie Method, in addition to traditional treatment approaches. Outside the clinic, Lauren enjoys hiking, reading, baking, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
