
Abigail Foti, PT, DPT, PRPC, AIT, PHSC, PCES graduated from Franklin Pierce University in Manchester, NH with a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2019. As a student, she had a clinical rotation in pelvic health and has been passionate about the subspecialty ever since. Over the years, she has taken several Herman and Wallace courses to further her learning and to stay up to date with current evidence-based practice. She earned her PRPC in May of 2025, Pelvic Health Sexual Counseling Certificate Program through Pelvic Global Academy in April of 2024 and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist in June of 2026.
Abi treats all aspects of pelvic health, including bowel, bladder, and sexual function for all genders, including patients with neurological conditions such as MS, PD, CVA, CP and more, with a holistic treatment approach. She practices at an outpatient hospital-based clinic in Manchester, NH at Elliot Rehabilitation Services at the Wellness Center. Outside of work she enjoys playing volleyball, yard and board games, reading, travel and spending time with her partner and cats.
