Kristen earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University in 2018. Since then, she has dedicated her career exclusively to pelvic health physical therapy, treating men and women with a wide variety of pelvic floor conditions. She is passionate about helping patients regain confidence, improve function, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Kristen believes that compassionate listening, patient education, and individualized care are the foundation of successful treatment.

 

Kristen treats a broad range of pelvic health concerns, including urinary and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum conditions, pelvic organ prolapse, sexual dysfunction, and conditions related to prostate health and pelvic surgery. She takes a whole-body approach to care, recognizing the important roles that breathing, movement, posture, and pressure management play in pelvic floor function. Her goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where patients feel comfortable discussing sensitive concerns and leave each visit with a better understanding of their body and a clear plan for recovery.
