• Melanie Fayard, PT, MPT, PRPC, BCM-PMD, Cert. DN is a licensed physical therapist specializing in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction in men, women, and children. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science and her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama, graduating with her M.P.T. in 2001. Melanie has dedicated her practice to helping patients improve bladder, bowel, pelvic pain, and sexual health conditions through compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Melanie is a Board-Certified Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction Biofeedback Practitioner (BCM-PMD) through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA) and has earned the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She is also certified in dry needling (Cert. DN). Melanie is committed to providing individualized, patient-centered care and works with people of all ages to restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life through comprehensive pelvic health rehabilitation.
