Kim Fletcher, PT, DPT, PRPC (Moscow ID)

Kim Fletcher earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University in 2007 and began her career in outpatient orthopedics. Over time, her passion for helping patients with pelvic health needs led her to pursue advanced training in pelvic dysfunction, pregnancy, and postpartum care. In 2016, she joined Pullman Regional Hospital, where she helped build and expand the Pelvic Rehabilitation Program. After years of focused study and clinical experience, she earned her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) in 2019. In the summer of 2025, she followed her dream of opening Palouse Pelvic Rehabilitation & Physical Therapy in Moscow, Idaho. She has a special interest in supporting patients through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, as well as treating coccyx pain, incontinence, bowel dysfunction, and pelvic pain. Outside the clinic, she loves spending time with her two children, playing hockey, and golfing with her husband.
