Qigong

Qigong (chee-gong) originated in China and is growing in popularity in western cultures. Similar to Tai Chi, qigong is a sequence of controlled, fluid movements that promote strength, balance, and meditation. Some practice qigong as a form of exercise, others use it as a form of meditation and self-improvement.
