Frequently Asked Questions - Basic Information
HWConnect is the premier professional development conference from Herman & Wallace! This three-day conference is for rehab professionals and will be focused on the pelvic health for all genders throughout the life cycle.
HWConnect is an opportunity to meet with colleagues and friends old and new, and a unique chance to learn new skills and information from some of the leading voices in our field.
The second ever HWConnect conference will be taking place October 4-6 of 2024.
A registration for HWConnect will include entry to all speakers' presentations on the conference schedule (no two presentations will take place simultaneously; all registrants are expected to attend each presentation), as well as sponsored evening receptions on Friday and Saturday nights which will include cocktails and light fare.
Hotel accomodations and travel attangements are not included, and are the responsibility of the registrant.

Frequently Asked Questions - Pricing
Registrations at HWConnect will fall under the same cancelation and refund policy as registrations in our normal continuing education courses. All of the details are contained in the link above, but the basics are:
Registrants are eligible for a refund (less a $75 adminstrative fee) before the earlier of 2 dates:
60 days after the registration date.
30 days before the event stars.
At any point before the start date of the event, registrants may cancel their registration and convert the cost of their registration to credit with Herman & Wallace. This credit will be valid for 2 years from the cancelation date.

An individual registration at HWConnect will cost:
Launch Special: $525 - Available before October 11th 2023
Group Registration (3+) Price: $565
Full Price: $625 - Available between March 16th 2023 and October 1st 2023, or until seats are no longer available!
Frequently Asked Questions - Continuing Education Hours and Credits
Yes, HWConnect is covered under the same CEU terms and conditions, as all of our courses. HWConnect registrants will earn 10+ credit hours of continuing education (schedule to be finalized).
Frequently Asked Questions - Hotel and Lodging
The hotel has an in-house restaurant which serves dine-in or meals to-go, as well as a grab and go espresso bar. There are additional restaurant options within short distance from the hotel.
The Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center is conveniently located across a skybridge from the SeaTac Light Rail station, making it easily accessible to those in the greater Seattle area. Those who fly into SeaTac airport can walk to the hotel via the skybridge from the station or take a short car ride. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle which runs every half an hour. Because all programming will take place at the hotel, it is not necessary to rent a car for HWConnect.
