Robin Lund, DPT

Robin Lund, DPT performed her undergraduate work at University of Texas at San Antonio and received a doctorate degree in physical therapy from Creighton University in 2002. After graduation, Robin worked in Winner, SD at an outpatient clinic with female pelvic muscle dysfunction (pain and incontinence) as well as in homes and schools with babies and school-aged children with developmental disabilities. In 2006, she moved to Sioux Falls, SD joining a non-profit organization with a pediatric rehab hospital, school for children with Autism, severe behaviors, and medical complexities, outreach therapy and psych services to schools and birth to three programs, as well as a pediatric outpatient and DME facility. Robin started a pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction program at the outpatient facility in 2006, a program which grew exponentially over the next 8 years. During that time, Robin taught community education classes 2-3 times per year for parents, caregivers, and educators of children with urinary or fecal incontinence. Robin is a lead clinical researcher for the University of South Dakota PT-school research projects, on the effects that bladder and bowel incontinence has on children’s quality of life. In late 2014, Robin partnered with Vilhauer Physical Therapy Clinic, a private outpatient clinic in Sioux Falls, working only with children suffering from bowel and bladder problems.
