Kegels

Kegels are exercises that involve contracting and relaxing the muscles of the pelvic floor. Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles can help control symptoms of Urinary Incontinence, as these are the same muscles that support the bladder and control the flow of urine. Many individuals find that they don’t know how to consciously contract their pelvic floor muscles. By using SEMG-Biofeedback a patient is able to visualize what muscles in the pelvic floor they are contracting, making it easier to learn how to properly execute kegel exercises.
