Tracie MacLeod, PT, DPT, PRPC (Auburn and Norway, ME)

Tracie MacLeod, PT, DPT, PRPCDr. MacLeod started her own pelvic floor rehab program from the ground up in June of 2014 at Stephens Memorial Hospital. She realized that she could reach more women and provide more preventative care if she could treat patients in a different setting. In 2017, she started her own practice, The Best You Physical Therapy, LLC. She has been treating pelvic floor dysfunctions in men and women since 2014. She treats a variety of diagnoses including; stress urinary incontinence, urge urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, bowel dysfunctions, fecal incontinence, diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and more.

After completing the necessary courses and examinations, Dr MacLeod successfully completed her case report in 2018 to finalize the CAPP-Pelvic certification. In 2019, she passed the PRPC exam in order to be a certified pelvic rehabilitation practitioner. Her passion is working with prenatal and postpartum women because every woman should be pain free to experience the joy of a new life. No one should live life in pain or deal with any type of daily embarrassment due to incontinence. She provides highly specialized care that is tailored to each woman’s needs, in order to make her the best version of herself that she can be.
