Katrina earned her Doctorate in physical therapy from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2017 after playing soccer at Freed-Hardeman University while earning her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. After becoming a certified Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy provider in 2019 via the McKenzie Institute she began to have a desire to increase her knowledge of pelvic health to better serve her patients. She quickly realized pelvic floor physical therapy was her passion and began the process to earn her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification via the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute which she attained in November of 2021. She began working at P3: Precision Physical Therapy and Pilates in October of 2020 and loves the ability to be one-on-one with patients for a full hour and the access to Pilates equipment for rehabilitation purposes. She maintains an active social media presence in an effort to encourage others to talk about pelvic health physical therapy and how it can help. She will be launching a podcast with another pelvic health provider (and best friend) in the fall of 2022 titled "Privates Go Public" to further spread pelvic health information.
