Tai Chi

Tai Chi was created in China where it was once practiced as a form of martial arts. Now primarily used as a form of exercise, Tai Chi involves movement through a sequence of postures that involves deep concentration and breathing. Sometimes called “moving meditation”, Tai Chi is a healthful form of exercise that has been seen to reduce stress and improve balance and stability and can be used to treat a variety of health problems.
