NERVE Tabs - Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

1. Describe symptoms (sensory vs motor) for each structure listed below

2. Identify the anatomy and pathway of each nerve

3. Perform neural tension test for differential diagnoses

4. Perform mobilization of nerve/p>

5. Perform neural/fascial pathway to release surrounding peri-neural structures from common regions of entrapment

6. Perform local balancing/integration of nerve

7. Perform neural gliding and sliding of nerve

8. Perscribe a home program to maintain neural treatment

 

These objectives will be met while studying the following nerve structures:

  • lumbar plexus
  • sacral plexus
  • Illioinguinal nerve
  • Illiohypogastric nerve
  • genitofemoral nerve
  • femoral nerve
  • sciatic nerve
  • pudendal nerve
  • obturator nerve
