LN Tabs - Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe symptoms (sensory vs motor) for each structure listed below
  2. Identify the anatomy and pathway of each nerve
  3. Perform neural tension test for differential diagnoses
  4. Perform mobilization of nerve
  5. Perform neural/fascial pathway to release surrounding peri-neural structures from common regions of entrapment
  6. Perform local balancing/integration of nervous system
  7. Perform neural gliding and sliding of nerve
  8. Prescribe a home program to maintain neural treatment
    • These objectives will focus on the following nerve structures:
    • Lumbar plexus and nerve roots
    • Ilioinguinal nerve
    • Iliohypogastric nerve
    • Genitofemoral nerve
    • Lateral femoral cutaneous nerve
    • Femoral nerve
    • Obturatur nerve
    • Abdominal wall mobilization
