  6. Establish an evidence-based, individualized treatment plan for breast conditions
  7. Practice physical therapy techniques for treating the lactating breast: therapeutic breast massage and connective tissue stretch
  8. Identify when to refer to other healthcare providers
  9. List the hygiene, protection, and safety considerations for handling bodily fluids
