Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

  1. List and define key strategies to prevent burnout
  2. List and define key strategies of healthy boundary setting
  3. Develop self-care practices to sustain healthy habits and mindset both at work and outside of work
  4. Utilize gratitude practice to influence balance in the nervous system
  5. Experience the benefits of breath, exercise and movement on mood
  6. Incorporate these techniques with patients into their current model of treatment and reimbursement to build a sustainable, enjoyable practice
  7. Feel empowered and enabled to build relationships with patients under the shared responsibility model
