Daily Intentions - must be completed prior to the course:
Use the forms provided or journal either at night or the beginning of the day to review your day and establish a plan of action for your way of being today/tomorrow or journal to reflect or connect to your intentions you make in BSM 1

10:00 - Spirituality Inventory Review and Discussion
10:45 - Break
11:00 - Return to Sender Lab
12:00 - Visualization for your life and practice
1:00 - Action Plan (groups of 2)
1:30 - Case Studies
2:15 - Wrap up and Closing Circle
2:30 - Adjourn
