Freedom Physical Therapy and Fitness is a small, family owned business located in beautiful Naples, Florida. We are looking for a dedicated Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our team and continue building a wonderful and reputable program.

Required Skills : 1. Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
2. Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
3. Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
4. Record and document patient care services
5. Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
6. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical disabilities and conditions
7. Develop individualized therapy plans to meet the needs of patients
8. Educate patients on self-care and health maintenance
9. Monitor progress of patients and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
10. Record patient information and treatment notes
11. Marketing and Communicating with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and family members
12. Ensure compliance with applicable safety and professional regulations

Desired Skills/Qualifications :

1. New Grads are welcome to apply
2. Desire previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
3. Ability to handle physical workload
4. Ability to build rapport with patients
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Strong leadership qualities
7. Doctorate degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE accredited program
8. Licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Florida
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Able to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds
11. Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and principles
12. Able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
