Are you ready for a career, not just another job?
As a Physical Therapist, are you tired of managing multiple patients at once, working late nights, or feeling like your focus on women’s health is limited? If you're looking for more than a job—a true career where you can specialize in transformative care for women—then we might have the perfect opportunity for you.
Hi, I’m Dr. Betty DeLass, PT, DPT founder of Reborn Pelvic Health & Wellness, and I’d love to share my story with you. Like many of you, I started bouncing between different settings—Outpatient, Hospital and high-volume Outpatient care. I have always been passionate about physical therapy and women’s health, and I’ve seen firsthand how traditional clinics often overlook and underserved this critical area, focusing more on quotas and insurance than quality care.
Sound familiar?I remember coming home late at night, frustrated and burned out, wondering if this was really what I had signed up for. Sure, I learned a lot from those experiences, but deep down, I knew I wanted to create something better—for my patients and myself.
So that’s when I went all in and started Reborn Pelvic Health & Wellness. We created a space where patients receive personalized treatment plans in a space where they feel safe and comfortable. I made it my mission to create a place where women could receive functional and nurturing care that's truly designed with their needs in mind. Women deserve specialized, compassionate treatment in a space where they are understood and prioritized.
Don’t just take our word for it.Our commitment to patient care is reflected in our countless five-star Google reviews and multiple "Best of" awards. We’re proud to have earned 7 esteemed recognitions, including Best Physical Therapists in Salt Lake City by Expertise.com in 2021, 2023, and 2024, along with the Best of SLC Winner in 2023. Our patients consistently praise us for our exceptional care, and we’ve been recognized as a leader in pelvic health care in Utah.
At Reborn Pelvic Health & Wellness, we do things differently... The metrics we care about aren’t just volume or revenue; they’re patient outcomes and therapist well-being.We go beyond traditional physical therapy—creating a sanctuary where patients feel heard, empowered, and supported through every step of their healing journey. I didn’t want patients to feel rushed or like just another number; I wanted them to receive focused, personalized care that addressed the unique challenges of pelvic health. Since opening our doors, we've helped women (and now men and pediatrics)in our community reclaim their health and confidence. But what I’m most proud of is the culture we’ve built—one where both patients and therapists thrive.
The field of Pelvic Health therapy is thriving, and we’re at the forefront of that movement. There has never been a better time to grow your career in this field. The demand for our expert care is skyrocketing, with so many women needing help with everything from postpartum recovery to chronic pelvic pain. We’re not just treating patients; we’re transforming lives. And there’s a bright future ahead for therapists who are passionate about making a profound difference.
We ensure the best environment for our patients and therapists by investing in cutting-edge software and tools, making charting and patient tracking seamless so you can focus on what matters most—healing. We also offer structured mentorship, continuing education opportunities, and a clear path for career growth, so you can advance not just as a therapist, but as a leader in this specialized field.
