Hi, I'm Manisha Mendonca, DPT, OCS, PRPC, WCS, COMT, CertDN

I've lived in Northen Virginia since my arrival in USA in 2008. My journey to be physical therapist started in India and I graduated from Bombay University in 1993. I was involved as an associate professor in India shaping up the future Physical therapists and continued to work as a clinician in an Orthopedic work setting. I came to USA in 2008 to work with ACE PSMI and it has been an interesting journey to step up from staff PT to the director role in the company. I completed my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Shenandoah university and later became a certified manual therapist (COMT) and an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). I started practicing as a Pelvic PT in 2014 and have continued my journey completing Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through Herman and Wallace pelvic rehabilitation Institute and Women’s Health certified specialist (WCS) through APTA. I am passionate about treating Orthopedic and pelvic floor dysfunctions with a belief that healthy mom/women are the foundation of a healthy family.
